• Blooper: It's mentioned briefly in Chapter I that John had a wife before the incident with Amy, but the deterioration of John's mental health became too much for her, and she divorced him. She's inconsistently referred to as both "Karen" and "Molly" until a patch to the Unholy Trinity version fixed this.
• Fan Translation: A Japanese language one is available.
• Shrug of God: While Airdorf considers the Golden Ending of Chapter III more or less the "true" canon ending, he's more vague on the Last-Second Ending Choice on whether John decides to settle down for a life of peace with Lisa, or continues to fight evil along with Father Garcia, considering neither of them the "wrong" option.
• What Could Have Been: Michael was originally named Abraham and was going to have hair. The game started out as John being chased through the woods by "Abraham", but slowly evolved into having the story we know about exorcising Amy.
• Word of God: When asked on Twitter about John and his ex-wife Molly, Airdorf replied that they knew each other before John became a priest and were married shortly after John came home from his recovery period at the mental hospital.
