  • Acting for Two: A number of the voice actors employed by Elephant play multiple roles across the different series, creating something of an Economy Cast for the company.
  • Approval of God:
    • Elephant not only approves of fan creations, but requests them. In April 2022, they established a fan fiction contest on their Facebook page to encourage fans to write their own stories about the various worlds in the game series. The judges were none other than the developer's game writers themselves. The top four stories received special prizes, and the grand prize winner had their story published in the company newsletter. The devs have promised that this will only be the first of several such contests for Official Fan-Submitted Content.
    • It's been established that the devs are aware of the assorted fan wikis on the internet. When Detectives United: Deadly Debt was released, it included dossiers on the three detectives; the profile for Agent Brown features a description that seems to have adapted directly from his page on the Grim Tales wiki. Possibly overlaps with Ascended Fanon.
  • Limited Special Collector's Ultimate Edition: Most of their games are available in these as well as a Vanilla Edition. The collector's editions include extended gameplay in the form of bonus chapters which expand on the story, as well as other goodies like wallpapers, screensavers, extra puzzles, and more.
  • Line to God: The devs have an extremely active social media presence and absolutely love interacting with their fans.
  • Release Date Change: The second Strange Investigations game, Two For Solitaire, was announced with a launch date of April 14, 2022. Two days before release this was canceled, with a promise for the game to be released "a bit later." It eventually did launch on June 17, 2022, though no explanation for the delay was offered.
  • Similarly Named Works: Riddles of Fate has an installment called Wild Hunt, much like the third game of the The Witcher series of games. They of course have nothing to do with each other.
  • Working Title: The Mystery Trackers installment Fatal Lesson was originally going to be called Tragedy in the Training Camp.
