• Completely Different Title:
  • French: "Célébration" (Celebration)
• Costume Backlash: Holly Marie Combs hated the sundress Piper wears for the majority of the episode, and can be seen constantly readjusting it in her scenes.
• Missing Trailer Scene: The shot of Prue moving a vase along her office desk that plays in the Season 2 credits comes from a deleted scene in this episode.
• Orphaned Reference:
  • An additional scene after Jeremy attacks Piper would have Darryl asking if he should investigate, and then asking Prue to come by for a talk, to which she'd say she's too busy. This explains why Darryl tells her not to say she's too busy when they do have their talk.
  • Prue has a tear on her top in the last part of the episode. This comes from a deleted part of the vanquish scene, where Abraxas scratches at her with his claw.
• The Other Darrin: Nicholas was played by Andrew Jackson in "That 70's Episode" but was recast to Rick Cramer for this episode.
• Spoiled by the Cast List: Given that Jennifer Rhodes is the only guest star listed in the opening credits, and they likely wouldn't just have her there to say "the Power of Three" over one voiceover repeatedly, it's a given that Penny is going to appear.
• Uncredited Role: Eric Scott Woods returns as Jeremy but isn't credited.
• What Could Have Been: Greg Vaughan was originally brought in as a love interest for Phoebe, hence having more scenes with her in this episode, and Phoebe saying "I saw him first". They ended up changing plans in favour of a love triangle between Dan, Piper, Leo.
• The majority of the episode takes place on September 23rd 1999 which Phoebe mentions is the autumn equinox. This means the sisters got their powers exactly a year before - on September 23rd 1998.
• Piper starts the process of buying her nightclub, P3 in this episode.
• Whenever the Book of Shadows moves on its own, it's revealed to actually be Grams.
