- Approval of God: Ahuron and Orkimedes have given their approval to the Card Sagas Wars Online project for IKEMEN. Even lending a hand in its development during its early days.
- Development Hell: The game had been in development for several years before the project was abandoned. The developers eventually released a prototype they had finished in June of 2018.
- Schedule Slip: The game had been in development for several years before being discontinued. It doesn't help that the updates were very sporadic; Aruhon and Orkimedes took their time getting the next update ready, and they had a tendency to disappear between updates. It is justified, as two people are making this game from scratch. A working prototype of the game was finally released in 2018, long after development had been discontinued.
- What Could Have Been: Mai Shiranui and King Dedede were originally slated to be playable characters. See Demoted to Extra in the main article for more information.
- Why Fandom Can't Have Nice Things: Regarding the possibility of previously announced but unreleased assets making it into the IKEMEN port, one of the people working on it had this to say in the MUGEN Guild thread:
"Unfortunately, due to a certain other port of the game note , the devs didn't feel comfortable sharing those unfinished assets with the CSW Online dev team, as they knew the team behind that other port would then have access to them."
