• He Also Did: Joel Schumacher being famous for various projects wrote the script.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: Danny Devito and Brooke Adams originally appeared in the movie as diner owners. Scenes of the two actors, in speaking roles, were filmed for the movie as part of a planned subplot, but all of these scenes were cut from the original theatrical version. The two actors can be seen in the background of several shots in the theatrical cut, but they do not have a speaking role in the film. When the movie was aired on TV, a majority of the scenes featuring the character Lindy were trimmed/edited due to controversial content. In their place, all of the scenes with Devito and Adams were placed back in for these airings, thus placing the entire diner subplot back into the film. Which makes it all the more unfortunate that the only version of the film available on home media is the theatrical version…
