• Refitted for Sequel: The idea of bringing 10-year-old Ben back first came up during production of the first 10 episodes, but the intended episode was beyond the show’s budget.
• Role Reprise: Tara Strong came back as 10-year-old Ben for the first time since season 4 of classic, though she voiced Attea in the season 1 finale of Alien Force.
• The Other Darrin: Tara Strong voiced Serena instead of Vicki Lewis and Bellicus was voiced by Jeff Bennett instead of Kevin Conroy.
  • Dee Bradley Baker voiced 10-year-old Heatblast rather that Steve Blum and John DiMaggio voiced 10-year-old Fourarms rather than Richard McGonagle.
• Word of God: Quite a bit.
  • 10 year-old Ben came from a point in time after the original series, hence his different shoes.
  • The Celestialsapiens saw both Ben’s team and Aggregor entering and were debating what to do.
• Aggregor wanted an infant Celestialsapien because its two personas wouldn’t have developed yet, letting him use the power without being paralysed.
  • Kevin didn’t have to absorb the energy from Aggregor to win, but he felt like doing so. It didn't bring about any physical changes due to the aliens having been converted to full energy (plus, Kevin likely already absorbed their powers beforehand anyway due to their DNA being in the Ultimatrix already).
  • No amount of Bens from different eras could’ve defeated Aggregor. Kevin absorbing one of their watches was the only way to win (if he’d chosen Young Ben’s Omnitrix, it would’ve taken longer than it did)
  • The next Universe over that Paradox doesn’t like isn’t the real world, but that would be funny. It was just an unremarkable parallel universe.
