• Acting for Two: Kate O'Sullivan voiced Meena, Constance, and other characters in the pilot of the show.
• Children Voicing Children: Marina Niel as Meena and Lucinda Chambers as Constance only from the 2002 series.
• Keep Circulating the Tapes: There were no VHS and DVD releases for the show as the series is entirely lost after its premiere on Channel 5's Milkshake! and Shake!, however, the pilot/Christmas special for the show is found, and 1 out of all 26 episodes from the 2002 series of the show will be found.
• The Other Darrin: The show had a huge change for the voice cast with the 3 actors for the pilot/Christmas special of the show being replaced by many actors for the 2002 series.
  • Audrey's voice actress in the pilot Nicola Stapleton was replaced by Elly Fairman.
  • Kate O'Sullivan who voiced Meena, Constance, Audrey's mom Valerie and other characters in the pilot was replaced by several actors including:
    • Marina Niel for Meena.
    • Lucinda Chambers for Constance.
    • Catherine Vandome for Valerie.
  • Simon Schatzberger, who voiced many male characters in the pilot, was also replaced by Tim Whitnall.
• No Budget: The show was made on an extremely low budget as a large number of minor characters that appeared in 1-2 episodes were voiced by the production staff for the show including the Cast Full of Writers (who were also producers for the show) and animators, and it also had cheap and limited 2D and CGI-animation.
• Unintentional Uncanny Valley: One of the reasons why Audrey And Friends didn’t do well with audiences is widely believed to be because of the odd animation style being off putting to people, with the limited CGI movements and facial expressions on the characters.
