• Ryan discovering that one of the people he fired committed suicide.
• The shot of Natalie sitting in a room full of empty desk chairs.
• Natalie again, when the audience and Ryan learn she quit, all we see is a quick, silent shot of her departing self in a terminal walkway.
• The montage near the end, with all of the Real Life firees talking about how important their families are to them and how they'll help them get through being unemployed.
