The game originally had four groups: Quan's Hope, God Hunters, Team Rocket, and The Academy. However, most of them went inactive, and Quan's Hope is the only active PC group.

Quan Roache, a disciple of [[BigGood Arceus]], fought back against him, and in the end triumphed, but at the [[PyrrhicVictory cost of many dead or seriously injured legendaries.]] At the beginning of the roleplay, both Quan and the God-Hunters have started recruiting again...
