- Dr. Crafty: The second Patreon-sponsored episode features a cameo from Linkara (whom Crafty also drew titlecards for) in order to explain the basic history of Zatanna, though Crafty stops him before he starts reviewing her debut comic.
- Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] Abridged: When Archer lets Caster escape, Shirou calls him Batman and asks why he let Zatanna get away instead of finishing her off. Archer points out Batman doesn't kill and Zatanna is a good guy.
- The Casagrandes: "What's Love Gato Do With It?" contains an Actor Allusion as Greta The Great, a magician, is voiced by Kari Wahlgren who has voiced Zatanna in multiple works including Justice League Heroes and DC Super Hero Girls.
- The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries: "A Halloween Hassle at Dracula's Castle" features Chandra the Unbelievably Remarkable (and Quite Interesting Too), a sorceress who performs as a stage magician; the episode was written by Paul Dini, who considers Zatanna his favorite character.
- Tiny Toon Adventures: The Superhero Episode "Just-Us League of Super Toons" has all the characters play versions of the characters from the Justice League of America, with Fifi La Fume as the magical skunk "Scentanna." This episode was also written by Paul Dini.
- Scooby-Doo! Abracadabra-Doo, which was written by, you guessed it, Paul Dini and his wife Misty Lee and is set in a school for stage magicians attended by Velma Dinkley's sister Madelyn, has Madelyn do her magic performance in a costume exactly like Zatanna's.
