In Annihilation: Conquest: Starlord, Peter Quill is imprisoned as a scapegoat after the Phalanx capture Hala during a test of a new security system that he set up. Since the Kree no longer have the manpower to keep him locked up, they decide to send him and a bunch of other prisoners on a Suicide Mission. Realizing what this sounds like, Quill naturally references the Dirty Dozen, much to the Kree's confusion.
Cowboy Bebop (2021). In "Sad Clown A-Go-Go", Jet Black insists they use a rhyme to memorize their plan to take down Mad Pierrot, saying he got the idea "from an old Lee Marvin picture."
Parks and Recreation. In "Eagleton" Leslie surprises Ron with a perfect birthday party for him, which consists in eating a fancy steak dinner alone and watching The Bridge on the River Kwai and The Dirty Dozen.
