• An animated sketch on Dead Ringers has Mr. Happy walking to the wrong side of Mr. Men Land and meets Little Miss Chav in which she angrily told him to go away after he asked her for help to find his way home, Mr. Happy Slapper, Little Miss Asbo, who in which beats Mr. Happy up and then records it with their video camera and Mr. Crackdealer (who has the same appearance as Mr. Messy). And at the end of the sketch, Mr. Happy is shot in half by Mr. Drive-By-Shooter.
• Girl Meets World: Auggie's favourite toy, Mister Googly has a similar appearance to Mr. Sneeze◊.
• In The Golden Girls episode "Valentine's Day", a plush toy of Mr. Tickle can be seen on a shelf during the famous "Condoms, Rose!" scene.
• In the Teletubbies episode "The Beach", a girl is seen wearing a Little Miss Sunshine shirt. This segment was featured in the home video release "Here Come the Teletubbies".

• The SCP Foundation has the Little Misters, who are based on the Mr. Men and Little Misses to the point that some of the Little Misters share the same name as existing Mr. Men.^note This includes SCP-909/Mr. Forgetful, SCP-6558/Mr. Nobody, SCP-2933/Mr. Scary, and SCP-6158/Mr. Brainy, though the last two are the names of Little Misses instead.
