After losing to Tanya in the previous episode, Bastion is in love with her and can't focus on much of anything else.
- Interspecies Romance: Tanya's true species is revealed to be a white tiger (implied to be made human by her Shadow Guantlet) and with her infatuation towards Bastion and him reciprocating it this episode.
- No Guy Wants an Amazon: Inverted. Tanya kicks Bastion out of the colosseum after failing to win a single duel all night.
- Worthy Opponent: What or rather who Tanya was searching for and is satisfied after dueling Jaden.
