Andre gets Tori a job at a frozen yogurt booth in the Northridge Mall, but the job proves easier said than done and she does her best to complete her job so they don't miss the Hollywood Arts Cow Wow.
Meanwhile, Cat is hesitant on asking Robbie out as her date to the Cow Wow, but when he asks out someone else, she gets jealous.

- The Big Damn Kiss: Robbie and Cat share a kiss at the end of the episode though since Cat runs away immediately afterwards its left ambiguous, even to Robbie himself, whether this counts as a Relationship Upgrade or not.
- Green-Eyed Epiphany: Cat realizes that she has feelings for Robbie when he invites another girl to the Cow Wow dance instead of her.
