After Max is infected by the Gudis cells, the other Ultras rush to save him within the three days they have left.Meanwhile, trustworthy allies arrives as 80 and the other heroes face down Leugocyte’s conquest!
- Big Damn Heroes: Cosmos and Justice arrive to assist 80, Neos and Seven 21 in fighting Leugocyte.
- Break Out the Museum Piece: Not only Cosmos assuming Space Corona Mode for the first time in years, but Justice also appears along with him and the two assuming Future and Crusher Modes respectively.
- Call-Back: 80 has heard of Cosmos' exploits in assisting Zero during his time on Earth.
- Forced Transformation: Max's left arm begins to mutate into a monster when the Gudis cells took effect.
- Knightly Sword and Shield: Or rather, Spreader Rod and Ribut Blocker, which Ribut gained from Great and Powered after he completed his training.
- Race Against the Clock: Like before, the rest of the Ultra Warriors are racing against time in three days to save Max before he gets mutated into a monster. Sora and Hikari finished the antidote within two days, but at that time, Max's left hand started to mutate.
