In the gladitorial ruins of Propecia, Prince King Lavender and Spaceress lure Tigtone to their death tournament by kidnapping Helpy. Tigtone begins to discover that a mysterious assailant is attempting to
murder him!
- Clueless Mystery: Tigtone's attempt to figure out who's trying to assassinate him is structurally sound, but it's fundamentally doomed due to it being based on the notion that one of the tournament's competitors is the culprit whereas Tonde-Mora isn't participating. Eventually he hits a dead end with his forensic attempts and he just decides to hedge his bets with a bunch of contrived disguises.
- In a grander sense, the idea of a murder mystery in a death tournament is absolute nonsense since the point of the tournament is that everyone is out to kill you.
- Continuity Nod: The capital of Propecia is still in ruins after the events of "Tigtone vs. Nothing."
- Gainax Ending: Tigtone is murdered by Tonde-Mora! But it turns out that Tigtone was in disguise as Tonde-Mora and the Tigtone that just died was Tonde-Mora in disguise. And Sabreteeth is actually the grog salesman from before. As Tigtone and Helpy leave the coliseum, Helpy pleads to Tigtone whether or not he is a disguise as well... which he gets no answer too.
