Lost at sea for several weeks, Tigtone and Helpy find themselves stranded on a tropical island inhabited by all of Helpy's severed body parts have been given life by a magical necklace. Treated like royalty by the disgusting natives, Tigtone gets suspicious that they plan on sacrificing him and Helpy.
- Asshole Victim(s): Tigtone and Helpy kick all the Helpy-islanders into the volcano under the belief that they are planning to sacrifice them (they're not). All sympathy is thrown away when the two discover how much they mistreated poor Hurty.
- Bittersweet Ending: The duo are still lost at sea, but at least they can relax peacefully on Tigtone's Island.
- Everyone Has Standards: Tigtone is utterly disgusted — but was almost ready to eat a piece of Helpy while starving in the middle of the sea.
- Special Edition Title: Downplayed. The first "T" in "Tigtone and Tigtone's Island" is shaped like a palm tree, matching the episode's tropical setting.
