Bert decides to run against Cyril for mayor of the Evergreen Forest.
The Evergreen Election! contains examples of:
- Clip Show: The last clip show of the series, even.
- Disqualification-Induced Victory: Subverted on Cyril's end. When Mr. Willow discovers the votes are rigged in Bert's favor, he's forced to disqualify Bert from the election. However, when Cyril learns that it was the Pigs who rigged the votes, he decides to drop out of the election as well.
- Election Day Episode: The episode involves Bert and Cyril competing for the position of the mayor of the Evergreen Forest.
- Everyone Has Standards: Mr. Willow isn't happy to find that the ballot box had been stuffed with fake votes, especially considering he was in charge of counting up the ballots.
- Vote Early, Vote Often: To help Bert win the election, the Pigs stuff the ballot box with 5,000 votes for Bert, which leads to Bert getting disqualified from the election.
