"You see, when they're apart, they're absolute fucking rubbish. But, you put them together... They're the goddamn fucking Spice Girls. ...The point is, we need each other or we're fucking dead in the water."
Billy Butcher

Hughie Campbell's life is upturned by the untimely death of his girlfriend Robin, who was killed by a careless superhero. His personal quest for comeuppance leads him into the fold of Billy Butcher, a supe-hating vigilante with an axe to grind against the most famous hero of all, Homelander. It's going to take everything Billy, Hughie and their allies have to get even with not only the corrupt superheroes in The Seven, but the corporation backing them, Vought International.

"This is a fucking mess, son. We got a Supe terrorist, Raynor’s blown her canister, and we’re the most wanted cunts in the country."
Billy Butcher

The Boys are rattled by the revelation that Butcher's wife, who was raped and presumably murdered by Homelander, is not only alive, but raising the son she was forced to have with Homelander. Between Butcher forced to decide between his present friends and his long lost love, mounting internal friction between the Seven and Vought, and Homelander's obsession over control and his reputation, the United States is about to become a battleground.

"With great power comes the absolute certainty that you'll turn into a right cunt. I mean, that's the thing, right? You're all just people. All the V does is just amp up all that shit that's already inside. Your lot? Just a bunch of walking nuclear erections. You know? A-And it's not just Homelander. I mean, you-you fucking all got to go. Every fucking last... One of you."
Billy Butcher

The founding of the Federal Bureau of Superhuman Affairs gives Billy and the Boys the legal clout they need to hold the supes accountable, but intrigue and strife within Vought, combined with Homelander's ever-increasing instability, will force Billy to cross a line he had previously hoped to never cross. In the end, the only thing capable of bringing down a supe... is another supe!

Sister Sage

The world is on the brink. Victoria Neuman is closer then ever to the oval office and under the muscly thumb of Homelander who is consolidating his power.
