The previous chapter ended with an emboldened Shizuka standing up, ready to engage in all sorts of drunken hooligan antics. The first page of this chapter reveals that Shizuka is reading a book... while laid down on the floor! Rentarou still thinks she's being cute, but Yaku warns her that she'll strain her eyes.
Momoha suggests a literal pissing contest when Kusuri returns from the bathroom, prompting Chiyo to laugh.
Karane wishes she were as cute as Meme, but Meme hugs her, saying that she's much cuter. Nano pats Karane's head.
Mai begins praising Mei, but soon ends up praising her mistress Hakari and her other friends. Nano begins patting her head before moving on to Naddy and Kishika. She has to adjust her position to pat Shizuka's head, but she seems content.
Meme suddenly pulls Kurumi into a hug. Kurumi is embarrassed, but relents when she notices how nice Meme smells. Unfortunately for her, this flusters Meme to Ninja Log away. Kurumi begins sniffing the other members of the family before licking Momiji, who is now sporting an under-bite.
When Kusuri notes that she has to pee again, Chiyo laughs hysterically, causing her glasses to fall off. This causes her to start crying, but she continues laughing as well. Ahko tries to convince Yaku to get Kusuri to use the bathroom properly, but ends up having Yaku rest her head in her lap.
Mimimi compliments Mai's forehead, but Mai thinks that Mimimi is trying to steal Mei and picks a fight. A sumo brow match. Mimimi's smooth brow decisively defeats Mai's, but Yamame is confident that she'd win in a sumo match. Mimimi rises to the challenge... and gets tossed across the room. Luckily, Nano is there to pat her head.
Yamame wants to see if anyone else will challenge her. Kurumi suggests Iku, who is behaving rather shyly. She does offer to let Yamame spank her, however. Kishika speaks up and offers to let Yamame kill her. Rentarou steps in, but Yamame seems undeterred. Uto attempts to assuage Meme's worries, but instead goes full chuuni. This, surprisingly, works and Yamame yields.
Hakari brags to Yaku that she can tell when she's kissing her beloved even with her eyes closed. After briefly kissing Hahari, she kisses Karane and labels her as being correct.
Once everyone has passed out (with Hakari and Karane still kissing), Rentarou starts moving everyone to futons to sleep. Momoha briefly wakes up and the two share a kiss. When Rentarou puts her in the futon, she suggests they have sex. Rentarou is reluctant, but Momoha's cuteness narrowly causes his reason to lose.
In the end, reason wins by the breadth of a hair when Momoha passes out.

- Above the Influence: Momoha suggests that Rentarou let her "take care" of him when he carries her to bed. Rentarou finds himself very tempted with Reason arguing that he needs to get it together because it's not sure it'll hold off much longer. Once Momoha passes out, however, Reason wins.
- Chuunibyou: Uto is normally a very subdued example, but when (pretend) drunk, she goes full-chuuni and claims to have an Evil Eye.
- Cuddle Bug: Meme turns out to be a huggy drunk.
- Cry Laughing: Chiyo does this when her glasses fall off.
- Faux Horrific: When Shizuka is revealed to be reading a book while laying down, a footnote states that she's completely off the right path.
- Fell Asleep Standing Up: Downplayed. Yaku passes out while on her knees as though she were actually drunk, showing how much she Can't Hold Her Liquor.
- Footnote Fever: Just like the previous chapter, nearly every panel contains a footnote stating that alcohol has not been consumed... except when Momoha briefly flashes back to passing out on the roof, where the footnotes state that alcohol has been consumed in those panels.
- Giving Up the Ghost: Happens to Mimimi when Nano pats her head and to Hahari when Hakari kisses her.
