Rentarou and the girls have all piled into a photo booth during a date at an arcade, but they're stuck inside due to Kusuri aging herself up for the pictures. Meme accidentally touches Karane's backside, prompting the Hanazonos to start touching people's behinds. Shizuka becomes overwhelmed by the claustrophobic environment, prompting Rentarou to slam his head against the wall above her to create a pocket of space for her. Naddy has everyone pair off in hugs to increase the amount of open space inside the booth, but they're still stuck inside, and nobody outside the booth can hear them due to the noisy arcade.
While Kusuri's negation drug would wear off in ten minutes, all the girls have full bladders from visiting the soft drink bar, and Kusuri is the only one wearing a diaper. Kusuri has a drug that would speed up her metabolism that could wear out the neutralizer faster, but she can't reach the vial in her breast pocket. Chiyo pulls it out, but gets distracted and accidentally tosses it across the girls' chests, forcing Nano to catch it with her mouth. They attempt a mouth-to-mouth relay to return the drug to Kusuri, but Hahari drops it into her chest, and Mei accidentally pushes it to the floor, where it breaks.
In the resulting chaos, Chiyo loses her glasses, prompting Kusuri to calm her with her own glasses. Kurumi starts getting hungry, and Iku offers to let her chew on her arm. Meanwhile, Rentarou sets the photo booth in motion and uses the pen tool to write a distress message for any passersby. The Gorira Alliance happens to pass by and, seeing the message and recognizing the group inside, proceed to help them out of the booth.

- Potty Emergency: The girls all have full bladders from visiting a soft drink bar earlier, and therefore don't have the time to wait for Kusuri's neutralizer to wear off.
- A Rotten Time to Revert: Inverted; Rentarou and the girls get stuck in a photo booth due to Kusuri aging herself up by taking the neutralizer. Normally, there would be time to wait for the neutralizer to wear off, but the girls are suffering a Potty Emergency in this case, and they don't have time to wait for Kusuri to regress back to her child form.
- Homoerotic Subtext: A whole cavalcade's worth, as the extremely close physical contact and mouth to mouth vial relay ends up making a lot of the girls very flustered and infatuated as they pair up; most notably Hakari with Karane, Shizuka with Nano, Nano with Mimimi, Naddy with Hahari, and Hahari with Mei.

- Nano's explanation of what's going on in the arcade is lampshaded as being basically Kaiji, which is followed a bit later on by a panel with a Kaiji-alike and friends.
- Iku offers up her arm to calm Kurumi's hunger, which Karane thinks would upset Studio Ghibli.
- Someone's Touching My Butt: Karane feels someone touch hers and immediately accuses Hahari. Despite Hahari's ungodly amount of drooling when denying it, it wasn't her. Meme was just trying to stretch her arm out.Karane: Well, if it was just you i guess it's fine...
Hahari: Why does she get a pass?!- Kurumi also feels someone touch her butt and assumes it was Meme again... it was in fact Hahari this time and she even admits it.
- Someone else tries to go further and take off Rentarou's pants, but he grabs their hand first. The culprit is Hakari, who plays dumb and thinks he won't know it's hers. She is wrong.
Rentarou: This hand feels like Hakari's. - Suddenly Fluent in Gibberish: Rentarou is able to completely understand what Nano is saying despite her having a vial in her mouth. Because he loves her.
- Tongue Suicide: Mei attempts this after accidentally breaking a drug vial intended to help the girls escape the photo booth.
