Seeing how dangerous Dinosaur Land is, the Marios build a phone system so the cave-people can call others for help in emergencies. Instead, the cave-folk become phone junkies, more interested in gossiping on the line than doing work. In fact, not even a dinosaur attack can draw them away!

- Coconut Meets Cranium: Yoshi gets hit on the head with a coconut when one falls from a tree, which inspires Mario to build a telephone system from coconuts and vines.
- Gone Horribly Right: The phone system works, all right, to the extent that the cave people won't do anything but talk on the phone!
- Naturally Huskless Coconuts: Yoshi gets hit by a coconut seed fallen straight from the coconut tree.
- Reinventing the Telephone: Literally! Mario makes a phone network from vines and coconuts.
- Reset Button: After night falls, the heroes take down the phone network, with Yoshi eating the vine-wires to boot.
