Protect It! Nao's Special Precious Bonds with Family!! (known as April's Babysitting Blues in the US) is the 42nd episode of Smile PreCure! (34th of Glitter Force), and the 431st episode overall of Pretty Cure.
Nao is left in charge of her siblings while her parents are in the hospital, but Keita and Haru go missing.
