Mario builds a bed for Melony. It doesn't go very well.
Mario assists Axol and Melony in assembling a bed they bought from IKEA. He ends up creating a mechanized bed that goes rampaging through Peach's Castle, leaving Axol and Melony to find a way to take it down.
- Breather Episode: Between the heaviness of Shroomy being abandoned in the previous episode and the Meme Genesis arc continuing in the next, this episode is light and silly.
- Doom It Yourself: Axol and Melony's initial attempts at crafting the bed don't go very well, and it's because of that they're forced to get Mario's help.
- Interplay of Sex and Violence: The bed is clearly getting off on the attacks it receives from Axol and Melony, even saying "Harder, daddy" when it's smacked.
- Nigh-Invulnerable: The bed simply cannot be destroyed physically. Not only does it No-Sell even the Fierce Deity Mask, it gets off on it. The only way Axol and Melony can even stop the thing is by disassembling it following the instruction manual.
- Rousing Lullaby: The Jigglypuff Axol brings out to help Melony fall asleep so she can recharge her mask's powers. It "sings" entirely in Loud Nigra screams, which don't put Melony asleep at all, and instead keep her up due to her enjoyment of it.
- Shout-Out: Melony's attempt to use a power drill causing her to spin around instead is exactly like Gromit in A Grand Day Out
