Recap / SMG4's Mario Bloopers Freddy's Spaghetteria Security Breach

Go To

MARIO, YOU NEED TO GET ME ROXY'S ONLYFAN-

Mario stows away inside Glamrock Freddy's stomach (mistaking it for a toilet), which gets him stuck after hours at Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex. With Freddy's help, Mario must escape the other animatronics and an evil furry woman by surviving until 6 AM...again.

  • Adaptational Badass: Freddy can see Vanny without Roxy's eyes.
  • Adaptational Wimp: Monty makes no effort to attack Mario and cries when Mario refuses to play with him. The same can't be said for his dad, however.
  • Adapted Out: While the Blob is present in the final act, William Afton/Burntrap is nowhere to be seen. Likely justfied in that the SMG4 version of William Afton's still roaming about.
  • Artifact Title: This video has nothing to do with spaghetti, nor is any spaghettiria mentioned.
  • Big Damn Heroes: Freddy does this twice. Once to save Mario from being run over by Roxy, and again to save him from being eaten by the Blob.
  • Big "NO!": Mario lets out one of these upon realizing Freddy was performing a Heroic Sacrifice.
  • The Bus Came Back: The first "Freddy's Spaghettiria" video since 2018.
  • Composite Character: In the original game, the Wind-up Music Man toys occasionally chased you around in vents. Here, DJ Music Man himself fills this role.
  • Heroic Sacrifice: Freddy smashes into Roxy's kart to save Mario, critically damaging them both. Fortunately, Mario manages to fix him.
  • Hidden Depths: Unlike other times where Mario usually screws up the recipe, Mario's shown here to be actually capable of making a decent pizza.
  • Music Soothes the Savage Beast: Mario and Freddy befriend the Blob by playing SAVE The World.
  • Late-Arrival Spoiler: Vanessa being Vanny is revealed almost immediately in this video. Not that it was a surprise to the fanbase at all.
  • Later-Installment Weirdness: Unlike the other installments which either almost don't apply lore at all or applies flanderization to the lore, this episode generally follows the game's storyline with just a few SMG4 gags added.
  • Oddball in the Series: Seeing that the previous "Freddy's Spaghetteria" video was made four years ago when Luke was still the chief editor, this episode certainly looks like this.
  • Running Gag: As with the game the video's based on, the Map Bots.
  • Stylistic Suck: The cover of Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit” played at the start of the blooper.
  • Take That!: One of Mario's attempts to repair Freddy results in the latter trying to sell a Monkey picture in an obvious stab at NFT's. Mario immediately attempts to repair Freddy again rather than let him continue.
  • Unexplained Recovery: In the finale, Freddy loses the cracks in his body.
