During a sortie, Miyafuji's magic fails her and she falls out of the sky. An examination reveals that although she can control her magic now, her magic power regenerates so slowly that she quickly runs out and takes a long time to recover. Bishop goes searching in the woods for natural herbs to help heal Yoshika and comes across a mysterious artifact containing an idol of an ancient fertility goddess. When Lucchini touches the idol her breasts increase in size and she becomes possessed with the goal to possess the other Strike Witches to prepare for an ancient fertility ritual. The survivors try to hang on and get help while they get picked off one-by-one. Eventually Miyafuji and Bishop remain the loan holdouts. Miyafuji discovers that she gets a boost in power when sexually aroused, and attempts to grope Bishop's breasts so she can fight back, but is captured before she can do this. Rather than be possessed, Miyafuji is being used as the sacrifice in the ritual and Bishop goes to rescue her with her sniper rifle. Miyafuji lands face first in Bishop's chest which causes a massive increase in her power and she tries to fight the other nine witches on her own and is defeated. But Bishop is able to make a shot with her sniper rifle between their shields and destroys the idol, returning everyone to normal.

- Affectionate Parody: This episode is a parody of zombie films and television shows.
- Big "NO!": Lynette yells "No!" at the end of the episode when Yoshika is about to fondle her breasts.
- Breast Expansion: A Witch can have her breasts enlarged by either touching the idol or being groped by a cursed Witch.
- Covert Pervert: The rest of the 501st are already aware that the seemingly sweet and innocent Yoshika has dirty thoughts of fondling stacked women. Lampshaded by Shirley.
- Final Girl: Bishop.
- Hypocritical Humour: After being knocked out by the possessed 501st Witches (mainly due to her magic suddenly failing), Yoshika could only say "breasts are scary". Yes, this is coming from the same girl who ogles at her fellow 501st Witches' breasts and gropes them (albeit not on purpose).
- The Power of Lust: Yoshika gains a massive boost in power whenever she is aroused by breasts, especially Lynette's.
- Status Quo Is God: Lucchini finally get a Breast Expansion at the expense of her sanity, only to lose them after Lynette destroyed the cursed idol.
- Unwitting Instigator of Doom: This time around, Lynne's discovery of the fertility idol is what eventually leads to Lucchini and the rest of the witches becoming breast-fondling zombies.
