Gretchen uses Galileo to calculate how tall each of the Recess Gang will be as grown-ups, leading Mikey to worry that he'll grow to be 50 feet tall!

- An Aesop: As Cornchip Girl and Mikey learn together, it's not your size that measures whether you're a monster or not, but the size of your heart.
- Anxiety Dreams: Mikey dreams that if he truly grows to be a gargantuan, he'll be a kaiju who will bring terror and destruction to those closest to him, to the point where Gus has his father call in the military to take him down.
- Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking: Along with mass destruction and stealing truckloads of food, in his dream as a giant Mikey also forces everyone to listen to his poetry.
- Bloodless Carnage: Mikey's nightmare of him destroying the city features a lot of wrecked buildings and crushed streets, but not a single human being is injured. The only "casualty" is Galileo, who nevertheless gets a dying speech to Gretchen.
