Tori wins the privilege of going after the Jade Turtle, while Shane and Dustin must stop Lothor from ruining an environmental conference.
Tropes:
- Comically Small Bribe: After being beaten up by Marah and Kapri, Tori gets them to trade the powerful Jade Turtle in exchange for fashion designer clothes. Of course Lothor isn't too happy about it.
- Deadpan Snarker: "Remember, a conclusion is simply the place where you decided to stop thinking."
- Dirty Coward: Choobo has never had a problem fighting before, and despite Tori being all alone, he simply tells Lothor he can't because he's on break due to union rules.
- Hate Plague: Snipster's main ability is to create conflict between people, which he uses in a peace conference and later on Shane and Dustin.
- Kids Hate Chores: As punishment to Marah and Kapri trading the Jade Turtle with Tori for clothing, Lothor forces the former two to wash his Kelsaks's suits. And when Marah points that won't matter as they'll get destroyed by the Rangers, Lothor increases their punishment by making them clean the walls of his spaceship, much to Marah and Kapri's annoyance.
- Mirror Match: Sensei puts the rangers through one. Only Tori realizes that they aren't supposed to fight.
- Mundane Utility: Lothor thinks Snipster is here to give him a haircut.
- Not-So-Harmless Villain: Marah and Kapri show that for all their constant stupidity, they're still capable of at least giving Tori a fight long enough before she gets her second wind.
- Villainous Crush: Choobo out of nowhere gushes about how pretty Tori is. It's never brought up before or after this episode.
