Aiyon gets a big lesson on responsibility when he accidentally lets the Pachy Smash Zord get away from him.
Episode Tropes:
- The Bad Guy Wins: Void Knight succeeds in his mission in collecting all the Sporix Cells he could grab (minus the ones the Rangers have) and reawaken Santaura.
- Big "YES!": Void Knight, when he finally has enough power to activate the machine to revive Santaura.
- Bittersweet Ending: On both ends. The Rangers gain a new Zord and a new Armor Key. But Void Knight succeeds in gaining enough power to reawaken Santaura.
- Boxing Battler: The Rangers' new power-up and Zord configuration is basically this.
- Chekhov's Gun: The Dino Grow Key, which Aiyon tried to use to grow the Baby Pachy Zord comes in handy to free the actual Pachy Smash Zord when it was stuck in a mountain.
- Eye Awaken: Santaura in the final scene.
- Gotta Catch Them All: This episode ends the hunt for the Sporix Cells as every last one was acquired by the Rangers or Void Knight.
- Hostage For Macguffin: Wreckmate and Occulo capture the Baby Pachy Zord, offering to give her back in exchange for the Rangers' Sporix. It doesn't work.
- The Reveal: In the second half of the episode, Solon reveals that the Pachy Smash Zord they found was the offspring to the real Pachy Smash Zord.
- Ridiculously Cute Critter: The Baby Pachy Zord is an adorable baby dinosaur.
- Run or Die: Just before placing Occulo's Sporix Cell into his machine, Void Knight warns his minions that if it wasn't enough, they'd better run.
- Wham Episode: The episode ends with Santaura reviving.
