Zayto welcomes a visitor who claims to be from his home planet, but there may be more to this visitor than meets the eye...
Episode Tropes:
- Bluff the Imposter: Solon tricks Slyther into revealing they're an impostor by getting him to eat dog food.
- Calling Your Attacks: Slyther. "Parry! Parry! Thrust!" and "Noble sacrifice!"
- Chekhov's Gun: The Rafkon dog food Solon cooks. After all, if the knight was from Rafkon, she'd know what the food was.
- Continuity Nod: Solon seems to be a fan of Levi Weston's music.
- Laser-Guided Amnesia: Slyther survives his fight with the Rangers, but gets his memory wiped falling on some power cables.
- Last-Second Word Swap: Mucus, filling in Slyther on his memory, is about to say he's really mean to her, but seizes the opportunity to tell him otherwise instead.
- Mood Whiplash: The final fight has the team reluctant to attack a giant-sized Slyther because they're worried they'll hit the ferris wheel behind him. Cut to wacky J-Borg antics!
- Morphic Resonance: Slyther's disguise still has a few elements of his default form.
- Properly Paranoid: Solon is immediately suspicious of the supposed Rafkon knight who's just showed up almost immediately after Zayto sent out his message, and she's right to be.
- Shout-Out: The title of the episode is based on the famous line from E.T.
- Taking the Bullet: An entirely unwilling one on the part of one Hengeman Slyther throws into the path of Zayto's sword.
- The Unreveal: The episode ends without revealing whether Zayto truly is the last of his kind or not.
- Yank the Dog's Chain: Zayto tries to see if there's any more of his people still alive and kicking after sixty-five million years, which is used against him by Slyther.
