  • Artistic License – Engineering: Notes that the fact Megatron has a front bumper in tank mode instead of the proper sloped design would make it completely useless.
  • Awesome, yet Impractical: Megatron's diecast parts are one of its biggest problems: being so heavy its own joints can't support their weight, making it impossible to pose in any meaningful way. It also made the toy extremely expensive for its size class, which (combined with being released on one of the strongest years for the Transformers' toyline and thus sharing a shelf with far cheaper and better toys) nearly killed the Titanium line on its first wave. The legs, the heaviest part of the toy, are hanging from a pair of thin, open plastic clips, being part of the reason the toy falls apart at the drop of a hat.
  • Brick Joke: Earlier on, TJ does an 'evaluation interview' skit with Energon Ironhide. At the end of the review, when mentioning how Megatron nearly killed the Titanium line on the first wave, he mentions that Megatron also nearly killed him at his evaluation interview, resulting in a second skit where TJ falls over in shock after looking at the toy.
  • Insult to Rocks: TJ compares the toy to a brick...then apologizes to the brick.
  • Late-Arrival Spoiler: At the time of his "Worst 5" arc, in an effort to keep each reveal a surprise, the video title only addressed the figure as "1st Worst" and the icon did not feature a cropped stock photo like the regular episodes do. With the release of this episode, the identity of the "2nd Worst" was revealed in the title. Long after this video's release, the identity of the "1st Worst" was also revealed in the video title.
  • Oh, Crap!: When TJ first witnesses the robot mode, he flips his protest sign from "Die, Cast" to "Help!"
  • Overly Long Gag: TJ has previously addressed how fans complain about Energon Ironhide's exposed head in vehicle mode. In this episode, a (roughly) one-and-a-half minute skit with him "interviewing" Ironhide explains why said toy does not qualify as a Plastic Addict victim. Once the skit is over:
  • Suckiness Is Painful:
    • TJ's eyes burn just from looking at it:
TJ: "I'm sorry everyone, I did not properly prepare my eyes to see this in person. Luckily, converstion to YouTube nulifies the effect...mostly. If you smell a burning sensation, that's your retinas catching fire. Find a bucket big enough for your head."
    • Titanium Megatron nearly killed TJ in the evaluation interview by existing.
  • Worst. Whatever. Ever!:
    • As if the video description didn't make it clear, TJ labels Titanium G.I. Joe Megatron the worst Transformers toy ever created.
    • Subverted with the blackwash on the toy. He says it's the worst one he's ever seen, but takes it back and points out another of Titanium's statues, Unicron, had the worst and Megatron is only second worst in that category.
