    Season 1 
  1. "The Boy with Six Legs" / "Evil Emperor": When Tommy locks himself out of the lighthouse, the aliens believe he's been transformed into a crab. / The aliens are terrified of their new neighbor, a young boy called Peebo who they believe to be their enemy, Emperor Breet.
  2. "The Amazing Atomic Tommy" / "Crater of Doom": Dinko becomes convinced Tommy is a superhero after he pulls a coin out of his nose. / Tommy gets a crater on his forehead right before School Picture Day.
  3. "Attack of the 50 Foot Boy" / "It Came from the Closet": When Tommy is too short to ride a fairground ride, Dinko makes him taller. However, Tommy won't stop growing. / Tommy and the aliens have to vacuum the lighthouse so Tommy can go to the taffy shop.
  4. "The Bride of Gumpers" / "The Thing on the Corner": Gumpers' arranged bride comes to visit Earth. The aliens must make Gumpers into a gentleman before she arrives. / Dinko befriends a mailbox after Tommy won't play with him.
  5. "I Was a Teenage Bearded Boy" / "Escape from Detention X": Tommy grows a beard which makes him popular with his classmates, but he starts ignoring the aliens. / Fearing Tommy will be stuck in detention for the rest of his life, the aliens try to break him out.
  6. "Box of Doom" / "Assault of a Rodent": The aliens find a mysterious jumping box which they dub the "Box of Doom". Meanwhile, Tommy's trying to find Cap'n Spangley's box of Norwegian jumping beans. / Tommy and the aliens try to get rid of a mouse in the lighthouse.
  7. "They Came from Outer Space" / "Tentacles of Terror": Swanky's parents come to visit. / Tommy is in charge of looking after the class pet: an octopus.
  8. "The Great Movie Massacre" / "The Day That Wouldn't End": Tommy tries to make a movie for the DeSpray Bay film festival. / After experiencing the worst day of his life, Tommy gets trapped in a time loop.
  9. "It Comes When You Sleep" / "Attack of the Werescruffy": The aliens experience Christmas for the first time. / Scruffy transforms into a vicious monster called a Werescruffy.
  10. "Sounds of Doom" / "Darkness": Tommy's mom forces him to learn how to play the accordion. Desperate to get out of his practice time, Tommy makes a deal with Swanky. / Dinko cuts off the power to DeSpray Bay to help Tommy face his fear of the dark.
  11. "She Comes for Your Heart" / "Beast Who Stole My Heart": Dinko tries to stop Tommy from literally giving his heart to Gabby on Valentine's Day. / Flip falls in love with Granville's stuffed bird.
  12. "Night of the Walking Cannonball" / "It Landed on the Porch": A movie star comes to visit DeSpray Bay. / Tommy enlists Dinko and Gumpers to help him win a newspaper delivery contest.
  13. "Bay of the Triffids" / "Doctor of Doom": Dinko tries to help Tommy's mom's flowers grow before the upcoming gardening competition. / Desperate to avoid getting a shot, Tommy and the aliens turn to alien doctor Dr. Daffodil for help.
  14. "Invasion of the Balloon People" / "The Little Monster Ball": The aliens believe Tommy's being kidnapped by a race of balloon aliens. / Granville invites Tommy and the other kids to his party, but the aliens believe it's a trap and crash the party.
  15. "The Land That Size Forgot" / "The Day the Food Expired": Gumpers protects a snowglobe, which he believes holds a town full of tiny people, from being shaken. / When the fridge runs out of food, the aliens go to extremes in trying to get more.
  16. "The Evil That Thumbs Do" / "Terror TV": Tommy and Swanky accidentally swap bodies. / The lighthouse TV breaks, forcing Tommy and the aliens to find another so they can watch Taffy Cop.
  17. "Bad Blood from Beyond" / "The Day Time Stood Still": Dinko's cousin Danko comes to visit and plans to steal Dinko's friendship with Tommy. / When Tommy wishes he had "more time", Dinko, Gumpers and Flip steal clocks from all over the world.
  18. "Horror Scope" / "Scare Affair": The aliens believe that horoscopes can predict the future. / Tommy gets hiccups during gaming practice and the aliens try to cure them before his big gaming tournament.
  19. "Stage Fright" / "Night of the Cat People": Tommy tries to find his talent before the school talent show. / Tommy adopts a kitten that turns vicious around the aliens.
  20. "Return of the Ghastly Gobbler" / "Shipping and Handling Not Included": When Gumpers eats the Thanksgiving turkey, Tommy and the aliens have to find another turkey. / The aliens learn about online deals and scams.
  21. "The Boy Who Became Something..." / "Unleashed Beast of Fury": Dinko panics over the idea of Tommy "becoming something", fearing he will change for the worse. / Gumpers tries to be a better friend to Tommy so he won't get kicked out of the lighthouse.
  22. "The Creature of DeSpray Bay" / "The Alien Who Sold the World": Cap'n Spangley mistakes Swanky for a rare sea monster and sends Tommy, Granville and Clinton to capture him. / Dinko believes Tommy has been assimilated into the "Fargonians".
  23. "Beware the Decider Maker" / "I Voted for an Alien": When Swanky and Gumpers fight over who ate all the ice cream, Tommy and Dinko have to settle the argument by hearing both stories. / Dinko is in charge of deciding who gets to be "alien of the year".
  24. "A Pirate and His Dog" / "They Took Tommy's Brain": Feeling unappreciated, Scruffy befriends Cap'n Spangley. / Tommy gets amnesia and can't remember anything, not even his best friend Dinko's name.
  25. "The Boy Who Ate Too Much Taffy" / "The Floating Head": Tommy, Dinko and Gumpers work for Cap'n Spangley in the hopes of raising enough money to buy a new set of speakers. / Melba drags Tommy into building a parade float for her.
  26. "The Time That Time Ended" / "The Day of Judgement": The aliens fear the end of the world is imminent upon hearing about the end of the year. / Emperor Breet manipulates Swanky into becoming an ambassador and moving out of the lighthouse.

    Season 2 
  1. "The Creature Who Left" / "It Came from the Fan Club": Tired of the aliens' antics, Swanky leaves the lighthouse to move in with Granville. / Dinko and Gabby form a secret fan club dedicated to Tommy.
  2. "The World Without Hamburgers" / "Evil That Pinched My Feet": Fearing for Tommy's health, Dinko forcibly puts him on a diet of tofu and oatmeal. / When everyone has the hip new sneakers on the market except for Tommy, Dinko enhances his shoes with radiation.
  3. "The Earth Boy Who Needed Protection" / "Seventy Foot Tommy": When Tommy breaks his arm, Dinko puts a shield around him to protect him from further harm. / Realizing that Earth's finest people get statues made of them, Dinko tries to get a statue made of Tommy.
  4. "Island of Doom" / "Him": Swanky gets stranded on a tropical island. / Dinko becomes terrified of a scarecrow, which he believes is waiting to attack Tommy.
  5. "The Guest Who Wouldn't Leave... Ever" / "Day of the Naked Aliens": In a bid to help Tommy win against Granville in Taffimon, Dinko summons a black hole master called Bob. / Dinko realizes why humans wear clothes and is horrified to learn he's been naked the whole time.
  6. "Master Bakers!" / "The Horror That Is Klattou": Gumpers tries to protect gingerbread men that he thinks used to be people, believing it to be his destiny. / Cap'n Spangley's arch-nemesis, Klattou, returns for revenge.
  7. "He Walks and Talks Like an Alien" / "The Night of Two Tommys +1": Desperate to beat Melba in the DeSpray Bay MathOlympics, Tommy teams up with Gumpers. / When Tommy won't spend time with him, Dinko clones Tommy using a photocopier.
  8. "Curse of the Frozen Tommy" / "Night of the Norwegian Boy": When Tommy spends all night playing video games and won't wake up, Dinko takes control of his body so he can deliver his presentation. / Granville enlists Gumpers, who has a talent for poetry, to help him win over Melba.
  9. "Curse of the Invisible Boy" / "Remote Control of Doom": When Tommy gets embarrassed at school, Dinko turns him invisible. / Dinko modifies Tommy's TV remote to alter time, which Tommy exploits in sports.
  10. "They Took the Toilet to Outer Space" / "This Phone. This Insanity!": The aliens banish the lighthouse toilet to space after it eats their balls, much to Tommy's dismay. / Tommy gives Dinko a phone to call him in case of emergencies, but has to teach Dinko what is and isn't an emergency first.
  11. "They Had an Aluminium Ticket" / "The Slo-Mo Terror": Tommy and Dinko try to get an aluminium ticket to access Cap'n Spangley's secret taffy factory. / Swanky raises snails to eat, but becomes attached to them.
  12. "Trapped in the Pink Purse Dimension" / "Race with the Clinton": When Tommy opens a pink purse, he and the aliens get trapped inside it one-by-one. / Tommy builds a go-kart to compete against Clinton in the upcoming race.
  13. "Big Hand of Fate" / "The Beast That's Stuck in My Foot": After touching a radioactive meteorite, Tommy's hand swells up right before baseball tryouts. / When Tommy pulls an urchin spine out of Gumpers' foot, Gumpers is determined to become his best friend.
  14. "The Black Eye of Doom" / "The Sheriff Was an Alien": Dinko's future-predicting camera predicts that Tommy will get a black eye in two hours. / Dinko and Gumpers play cowboys, but when the power of Sheriff goes to Gumpers' head, Tommy has to beat him in a showdown.
  15. "Crevice of Doom" / "She Came from Conforma!": Swanky gets a wrinkle right before his school reunion. / Annoyed with Tommy's mom's rules, Dinko brings in a new robotic mom from Conforma.
  16. "Terror in My Nose" / "Belch of Destruction": Tommy suddenly becomes allergic to Dinko. / After enjoying a large feast, Gumpers is left unable to belch and swells up like a balloon.
  17. "Gumpers of the Future" / "Planet of the Granvilles": Gumpers believes he's travelled 100 years into the future. / Tommy, Dinko and Gumpers get trapped in another dimension with primitive Granvilles and a giant Melba.
  18. "The Boy Who Cried "Waaah!"" / "The Cow Says "Moo!"": Dinko tries to stop Tommy's aging and accidentally turns him into a baby. / The aliens believe that one of Tommy's old cow toys holds a secret message.
  19. "Duet from Another Dimension!" / "The Doctor is In...Sane!": On Dinko's suggestion, Tommy books two-headed Conformian singers Shank and Dank for the upcoming festival. / Dr. Daffodil moves into DeSpray Bay.
  20. "The Horrible Workout of Evil" / "The Incredible Floating Boy": When Tommy breaks his back, Dinko puts him through a brutal workout regime to make him stronger. / Dinko turns off gravity, causing everyone and everything in DeSpray Bay to become weightless.
  21. "The Lookalike Girl of Evil" / "Uranus Awaits": Tommy falls in love with Gabby's twin cousin Jabby. / Dinko breaks his promise to hang out with Tommy over the weekend, much to his guilt.
  22. "The Night My Brain Froze" / "Scout's Horror": Dinko gets brain freeze, causing him to switch between different personalities. / Tommy and Gumpers join the Seagull Scouts.
  23. "When TV Ruled the World" / "The Thing with the Ugly Face": Dinko broadcasts Tommy's life as a TV show. / Dinko's face freezes up after he rides a rollercoaster too much.
  24. "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Swanky" / "The Day That Flip Stood Still": Swanky's personality does a complete 180 after he eats a potato chip. / Flip stands still and gets mistaken for a statue by Cap'n Spangley and Granville.
  25. "When Clinton Ruled the World!" / "Beware the Crack!": Tommy and Dinko accidentally alter history so Clinton is the ruler of DeSpray Bay. / Dinko learns about Earth superstitions and refuses to lift his foot off a crack.
  26. "The Alien Who Invaded the Taffy Shoppe" / "Hammy of Earth!": When Tommy falls ill, Dinko fills in for him at the taffy shop. / Dinko uses a smoked ham as a security blanket to deal with his fear of thunder.
