Karen builds a casino to raise money for the Rebuild Paradise Initiative and Bullet discovers Dusty is a master gambler there. Meanwhile, Kevin tries to take his relationship with Gina to the next level.

- Accidental Truth: Dusty eats all the food at the buffet and then lies to Karen, saying the place was robbed by "The Buffet Bandit". Later on in the episode, a masked criminal runs by, carrying a bunch of food he stole from the buffet.Dusty: The Buffet Bandit? But I thought I made that up.
- Bait-and-Switch: A cloaked sniper in the casino audience attacks Gerald Fitzgerald, and he's led to believe it's Clovis on account of his demented face but it's soon revealed to actually be Carrot Top.
- Blackface: Played with. Fitz goes in whiteface as Beans Stinkwater and Randall is convinced that Beans is an actual person. Fitz wipes off his makeup and tells him he's actually Fitz and Randall mistakes this as Beans putting on blackface and pretending to be Fitz.Randall: Wow. That is a very offensive imitation of my African-American friend, Fitz.
- Casino Episode: This episode takes place mainly in Karen's casino and all three of the plots revolve around the hijinks the characters get into there.
- Cliffhanger: This episode ends with Gina going in for surgery. During the surgery, she starts flatlining and Dr. Funtlichter worries he's losing her and toils to save her to no avail as we fade to silent credits.
- Creepy Gym Coach: Kevin admits to being low-key molested via "mutual masturbation" by his gym teacher, Coach Russo, back when he was a kid.

- Good Luck Charm: Dusty is this to Bullet, as his gambling game starts to look up, whenever he's around. It turns out that Dusty's good luck comes from his lucky green underwear, which is the true good luck charm in that situation.
- Groin Attack: Gina takes this to the next level by writing out "I love Kevin" via stretching out a criminal's dick and nailing it to a wall.
- Literal-Minded: Gina's first attempt to sleep with Kevin fails after he takes her saying she has a fire in her pants literally. He says that it's because his aunt Edna died of a vagina fire.Kevin: Lube is really important as you get older.
