Pound has finally started using his potty from time to time, but he still prefers his diapers. Around the one-month anniversary of their potty training, Mr. and Mrs. Cake have to go to an all-day bakers' conference. The twins aren't coming since they wouldn't find it interesting, and Pinkie Pie is unavailable, so one of her friends is foalsitting instead.
The twins are excited to see who the foalsitter is, and it turns out to be Starlight Glimmer. The parents leave Starlight with instructions. Starlight thinks it'll be easy since she's foalsat Flurry Heart, but Pound is already thinking of a prank.
Starlight takes the twins to the bathroom and brings books. She finds most of them dull, but settles on one called Everypony Poops, which the twins find very boring. They then put their prank into action: they disappear and levitate above the toilet, then they fall in and make phoney cries for help.
Then, they flush the toilet and pretend they've flushed themselves, then pop but instead of simply being surprised, Starlight actually passes out. Thankfully, the twins wake her up by flushing the toilet.

- I Don't Think That's Such a Good Idea: When Starlight takes the twins to the bathroom, Pumpkin starts to have reservations about the prank (but Pound talks her out of it).
- Potty Failure: It's mentioned that Pumpkin still sometimes has accidents.
