Only when that happens that Arche can gauge Ainz and the results were not good. Arche is so shocked and horrified at what she's seen that she vomits uncontrollably followed by her babbling like a madwoman.
Heroic Sacrifice: Imina and Roberdyck stays behind and fight Ainz to allow Arche to escape. Unfortunately, she's screwed despite this.

Stress Vomit: Arche does this after seeing Ainz's true power.
Tragic Mistake: Hekkeran thinks he could lie his way out, telling Ainz that a friend of his sent him and his team to the tomb. It then fell short after he said the friend called him, Ainz. Oops!.
