"Who Knows Better Than I" is the first episode of season six of Orange Is the New Black.
Season Six opens with Suzanne in a holding cell. To reward herself for tidying up her cell, she gets to "watch television"—a fantasy sequence of her former Litchfield inmates in strange situations. The fuzzy green guys come to take her away... to questioning about the Litchfield Riot.
This episode provides examples of the following tropes:
- Broken Record: Piper asking “Where’s Alex?” is starting to become this to Daya.
- The Bus Came Back: This is Lolly’s first appearance on the show since Season 4.
- The Cameo: During Suzanne's hallucinations while off her meds, she sees both Alex Trebek and DJ Casper (creator of the dance song "Casper Slide Part 2" aka "The Cha-Cha Slide") entertaining her.
- Driven to Suicide : Frieda tries this by cutting her wrists but gets called in on time.
- Flash Back : Throughout the episode, we see some of what happened at the end of the riot.
- Police Brutality: The guards at Max love to abuse the inmates, with regular beatings on Daya, hosing Gloria and Maria, and forcing them to kiss.

- When Suzanne is taken away at the end of her fantasy sequence, she imagines she is dressed as Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz.
- Suzanne imagines Nikki as Rowlf the Dog from The Muppets.
