Anxiety Dreams: All For One remembers occasionally dreaming of the victims he stole Quirks from attacking him, and these victims fade from memory when he gives their Quirks to someone else. He admits that he [almost] feels a bit of guilt because of this, but it passes now and again. He also compares this feeling to when people offer to donate their organs to someone else, allowing them to experience a donor's memory or personality. He adds that One For All can imitate that same feeling, which is why everyone is in one space and how Midoriya has witnessed past experiences and the vestiges of his predecessors.
Battle in the Center of the Mind: In a sense. Midoriya and Shigaraki find themselves in a dimension of sorts representing One For All. Midoriya was already here more than once meeting one of his predecessors since last season, but they both encounter All For One, the 1st User (his little brother), and 7th User Nana Shimura (Shigaraki's grandmother and All Might's mentor) in the same space. Here, a struggle for One For All is in play as All For One has found an easier way to steal the Quirk.
Hates Everyone Equally: All For One is impressed that Shigaraki's hate is strong enough for everyone, including him, Midoriya and the grandmother hero he never knew.
Internal Reveal: Because of the complexities of One For All, Shigaraki sees an image of his grandmother, Nana Shimura, for the first time since he saw a photo of her, not that he cares about her anymore.
Loophole Abuse: During the first season, All Might tells Midoriya that One For All must be transferred willingly if the time comes to pass it to a new person, so it can't be stolen. So, why are Shigaraki and All For One still trying to steal it regardless? It's because All For One has found a workaround: by using one's willpower (in this case, Shigaraki's will fueled by the Power Of Hate), he can be able to pry One For All more easily.
All For One, possessing Shigaraki's body, taunts Bakugo's Heroic Sacrifice as a senseless one. This pisses off Midoriya greatly just like he did with All Might, and gets him close enough to grab him and attempt to steal One For All.
Himiko Toga leaves her leaguers behind to confront Uraraka/Uravity again. She steals some blood from an old lady to transform and lure Uravity to a house.
Near-Villain Victory: If not for Shigaraki's rebellious will and weakened body, and the will of the 1st and 7th Users, Midoriya would have finally lost One For All to All For One.
Oh, Crap!: Uravity follows an old lady to help her husband, only to express this when said lady is revealed to be Himiko Toga in disguise.
Shut Up, Hannibal!: All For One taunts his brother how entrusting One For All to a "useless" Izuku Midoriya, who keeps getting himself hurt, is a huge mistake. The brother counters back, saying that it is anything but a mistake since Midoriya has always cared about helping others instead of worrying about himself.
Whatever Happened to the Mouse?: Uravity demands to know what happened to the old couple Toga tresspassed in order to get the lady's blood for a disguise. Did Toga kill them?
