Pickles' old band Snakes n' Barrels reunites again, this time with a new frontman who has much more sinister motivations.
- Bestiality Is Depraved: Murderface finds out that Toki's "Planet Piss" site makes Murderface into an animal lover, prompting him to seek bloody revenge.
- Beware the Nice Ones: After a fan spends several minutes screaming in Toki's ear, he beats the fan into a bloody pulp.
- Cold Turkeys Are Everywhere: Dr. Rockstein struggles throughout the episode staying sober and not going back to cocaine. The cocaine wins, after he grabs a handful and shoves it in his face.
- Drugs Are Bad: Pickles goes into various stories of glam rockers who got ridiculously high. Timmy Razzle of Razzle Sticks had several groupies ready for an orgy before dying of an overdose. Andy Smacks thought he was snorting cocaine, but it was angel dust. He shot at cops, fought a prize fighter, jumped off the Capitol Records building, and lived.
- Facepalm: Offdensen does the nose press variant while dealing with Murderface, on top of Pickles and Toki smashing his (Offdensen's) lamps.
- Good Angel, Bad Angel: Dr. Rockzo is Bad Angel Worse Angel, tempting Dr. Rockstein back into doing cocaine.
- He's Back!: Dr. Rockzo makes his grand return high on c-c-cocaine.
- He Knows Too Much: Rikki strangles his assistant to death after telling him his master plan for making everyone in his concerts miserable with sobriety.
- Hidden Depths: Toki shows he's quite adept at web design when he steals the rights to Murderface's "Planet Piss."
- Know When to Fold 'Em: Murderface had every intention to beat down Toki for stealing his "Planet Piss" domain name. The moment he sees Toki beating a fan to death, he backs off.Toki: "Whats the (riff) do you want, mother(riff)?"
Murderface: "...What's up, bro? What's happening?" - No-Holds-Barred Beatdown: After dealing with an utterly annoying fan for so long, Toki pummels him to death.
- Through the Eyes of Madness: While Dr. Rockstein is trying to shoo away his Rockzo hallucinations, it comes off like flailing to everyone else.
- Off the Wagon: Dr. Rockstein falls off the wagon face first and turns back into Dr. Rockzo, the Rock and Roll Clown. He does cocaine!
- Paper-Thin Disguise: The concert has signs showing Pickles' face and that he's not to be within 100 feet of his former band. The band (minus Murderface) wear hats, fake glasses, and fake mustaches for Skwisgaar and Nathan.
- Rage Breaking Point: Toki hits this point after enduring a fan screaming in his ear for so long that he is driven to beat him to death.
- Straight Edge Evil: Rikki Kixx can't indulge in drugs or alcohol anymore due to physical, professional and legal reasons. He feels that if he has to live in sobriety hell, he'll make everyone who goes to his concerts suffer.Rikki: "Don't you (riff) get it? Sobriety is a constant hell. Don't you think I'd be drinking if I could? But I can't! You know why I can't? Because my (riff)ing liver is shot. I can't because the (riff)ing cops make me do periodical drug tests. I can't because I'm the (riff) spokesperson for a (riff) rehab center!"
