When people begin disappearing from a residential development, M.O.M. calls Martin, Diana, and Billy in to investigate. They trace the disappearances back to a packet of sea monkeys that were contaminated by the town's toxic water supply.
General Tropes:
- Badass and Baby: Martin and the doll baby.
- Book Ends: At the start of the episode Martin and Diana try to catch a leprechaun using a trash can, but fail due to lack of teamwork. At the end of the episode the step-siblings do work together and manage to capture the King and Queen of the sea monkeys.
