Some teens stole a lawn gnome from an old lady's garden in Ontario. The gnomes come to life and turn everyone into lawn gnomes until they get the missing gnome back.
General Tropes:
- Anti-Advice: Martin's advice as Maggie is so terrible the school's newspaper fires him and hires Billy.
- Crazy Cat Lady: Replace cats with lawn gnomes and you have the old lady that owns most of the gnomes.
- Dressing as the Enemy: Billy disguises himself as a gnome to save Martin from being turned by the garden gnomes.
- Forced Transformation: The reanimated gnomes can turn people into even more gnomes.
- Killer Rabbit: Garden gnomes aren't normally seen as dangerous creatures, but here they are highly destructive.
- Obliviously Evil: The old lady that reanimated the gnomes seemed to be completely unaware that what she did was a bad idea, even as the gnomes are about to turn her too.
- Something We Forgot: When the pirate gnome is returned to his kind and everything goes back to normal, Martin and the rest remember that Java and Tisha, who were turned into gnomes, were still trapped in M.O.M.'s trunk.
