- A God Am I: Bo might not just be a Succubus. At one point she drains the chi out of half a dozen people simultaneously from across a room, and declares that she is more powerful than any fae, she could rule all the fae, there would be no light, no dark, only Bo.
- Eating the Eye Candy: After the Glade's daughter throws up on him, Hale gets topless. Kenzi... gets distracted.
- I'm a Humanitarian: Once again we find Fae who feed on humans quite literally. Some don't wait for them to die free range.
- Mr. Fanservice: Holy shit, Hale's stacked.
- Spoiled Brat: The Glade's daughter. Sure, she's not allowed to have any fun, but she could be nicer.
