- Lack of Empathy: The cracks in Demeter's character begin to show when she takes Tyrannis to a special restaurant for immortals. It's near a bay where sirens sing, which sounds beautiful, but it also has ships regularly crashing into their rocks with the screams of doomed humans. Demeter is completely fine with this and sounds frustrated that Tyrannis is upset enough to want to leave.

- Sure, Let's Go with That: When Deliria has to tell Tyrannis that Demeter broke up with him, she isn't wearing the earrings she stole from her. Seeing this makes Tyrannis think that Demeter was only dating him to get to the earrings and goes back to hating gods. Deliria lets him believe that to spare his feelings.
