Kahn buys the local car wash as part of a plan to get rich, and Hank finds himself working for his disrespectful, money-obsessed neighbor when Buck takes a stake in the business as well.
This episode contains examples of:
- An Aesop: There's no shortcuts to success: running a successful business takes hard work.
- Get-Rich-Quick Scheme: Kahn buys a turnkey operation, basically tries to squeeze as much money out of it as possible as quickly as possible, and ends up running it into the ground with various shortcuts.
- Language Fluency Denial: Kahn briefly pretends he doesn't speak English when an angry crowd confronts him about ripping them off at the car wash.
- No Celebrities Were Harmed: "Dr. Money," the infomercial host that inspires Kahn to buy the car wash, is a parody of Tom Vu, an infomercial host who pitched various get-rich-quick real estate schemes while surrounding himself with bikini-clad models on a yacht.
