Rosa is reading a comic book about "Captain Kolobo". She is very jealous of such heroes and wants superpowers of her own. She goes to bed when a thunderstorm begins and lightning strikes her house. Rosa goes to the sink to wash off the soot, but when she opens the faucet, an electric discharge passes through it, destroying part of the wall and the light bulb. When Rosa finds spare bulbs, they light up right in her hands.
Dokko examines Rosa and concludes that she has extraordinary abilities. Overjoyed, she goes to help others. On the way, Wally approaches her and offers to go on the swings, but Rosa rejects his offer. She sees that Barry can't start the lawn mower. Rosa sends an electric charge, causing the lawn mower to take off and destroy Barry's garden. Rosa goes further and sees Krash and Chiko, who are sawing a tree that fell during a thunderstorm. Rosa asks them to move away and incinerates it with her abilities. When Krash shakes her hand in gratitude, he is electrocuted, and when Chiko tries to pulls him away, he also gets an electric shock, and the two run away. Rosa walks past Barry's trashed garden. As soon as Barry sees her, he climbs to the roof of the toilet in fear. She goes to Dokko again. He is now dressed in a rubber suit that does not pass electricity. He also made one for Rosa, but she doesn't want to wear it and runs home crying. She is very sad, because now, instead of praising her, everyone avoids her. Suddenly, someone knocks on her door. It was Wally who brought the bouquet of flowers. Rosa hugs him, which causes the ram's fur to be badly charred.
