Carlin has a bad backache, so he goes to Olga for a massage. While she massages his back, Carlin watches the youth train outside. He envies them and tells Olga that he does not agree with his age and decides to find the Elixir of Youth. Olga laughs at his words, but when her own back cracks, she decides to help him find it. They sneak into Dokko's house and find an alchemy book with a recipe for the Elixir of Youth.
Carlin and Olga go to extract the first ingredient: a young, green cone. Not without difficulty, having plucked it from the tree, they start looking for green algae. Carlin searches for them in the sea during the rain, but finds only blue ones. He tries to look again but freezes. Olga covers him with a blanket and dives herself, while Carlin watches with longing as the youth runs in the rain. Olga and Carlin go for the last ingredient, mountain honey. In the mountains, they quickly find a beehive, and Olga pulls out the honeycomb from it. A swarm of bees bursts out of the hollow and begins to chase them. Forgetting about all the illnesses, Carlin and Olga run away as fast as they can until the bees switch to youngsters.
Olga prepares the Elixir of Youth, which Carlin immediately drinks, but the elixir turns out to taste terrible. They reread the recipe and find out that the "Elixir of Youth" is just the name of a wrinkle cream. Later, Carlin and Olga train on the horizontal bar, and Carlin says that maybe at their age there are advantages. They just haven't matured enough to see them yet.

- Scary Stinging Swarm: Olga and Carlin are pursued by the mountain bees after stealing some honey from them for their elixir. After they run past Krash, Chiko, Rosa and Wally, the bees switch to them.
- Vine Swing: Fleeing from the bees, Carlin and Olga fly over the abyss on vines. They even do a Tarzan scream while doing so.
