Fantos the Amassor throws a galactic tantrum over Jo's treatment of his beloved Erodius, putting the Local Heroes - and Mo's Oasis - in jeopardy.
Tropes:
- Brick Joke: Fiosa hasn't forgotten about the Local Heroes crashing her birthday party and stealing her Cosmic Stones. However, she leads the Bagai to help fight Erodious because Flo offered excellent catering service. Flo mentioned earlier in the season that despite retrieving the stones, she still runs a business and treats the catering as such.
- Big "NO!": Jo when Fantos attacks the diner himself, with her mom and Xhan still inside.
- Chekhov's Gunman: When word spreads about Erodius and Fantos attacking Flo's diner, all of the aliens who visited there, since the start of Season 2, drop everything to fight back because of her kindness. Even Fiosa and the Bagai mafia lend a hand.
- Cliffhanger: Tired of witnessing Erodius being damaged, Fantos decides to crash Flo's diner, attacking Flo and Queen Xhan.
- Darkest Hour: Jo is stranded on a desert planet, Fantos has all of the stones, and Erodius is about to destroy the diner, and the rest of the Local Heroes along with it.
- Dramatic Irony: One of Queen Xhan's tips on being a "good leader" involves doing whatever it takes for the greater good, no matter the cost. Jo realizes that her attempt to meet Xhan's expectations may cost her family and friends.
- When one of the aliens helping to save Flo's diner state they are willing to help no matter the cost, Jo reminds them their lives shouldn't be included in said costs.
- Gondor Calls for Aid: Carlax calls on several of Flo's customers to help save the diner. With Jo's help, they assemble a small armada and attack Erodius head-on.
- Moment Killer: Queen Xhan finally acknowledges how human compassion is different from her teachings, but yields the same results as leader, and comes to an understanding with Flo. Too bad Fantos chose to ruin it.
- Moving the Goalposts: Fantos promised his mother that if he collects all of the Cosmic Stones, he would move out. His greed gets the better of him and he decides on a new plan: they can live on Erodius and make more Cosmic Stones from the planets the Planet Killer destroys. The mother is clearly not happy about this.
- My God, What Have I Done?: Jo realizes that her actions may cost her everything she cares about for the sake of being a "good leader" from Queen Xhan's philosophy.Jo: Even if it means my friends? My home? ...MY MOM?!
- "The Reason You Suck" Speech: When Fantos demands Flo cower before him, the only response she gives him is calling him a giant Manchild.
- Silent Credits: After the shocking cliffhanger, the end credits features no music what-so-ever.
