Aruto makes his attempts to persuade Owada, while the order to "Assassinate Shinya Owada" was given to the assassin HumaGear, who Owada recognizes as one of his disciples!

- The Bad Guy Wins: In the end, Metsuboujinrai.net completely wins. They've overpowered the heroes, sown distrust for HumaGears among humans and have left Hiden Intelligence in worse public view than ever. However, Little Assassin has started to act more cold and assassin-like and is implied to have become self-aware, leading into the implications of an Enemy Civil War in the preview for the next episode.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: The heroes are on the receiving end. Vulcan is knocked out of transformation by Dodo Magia, while Zero-One can't even deal damage to Horobi.
- Downer Ending: The heroes are no match against Metsuboujinrai.net and Owada is in a critical condition after being shot. Hiden Intelligence is in a worse condition than before.
- Foreshadowing:
- After defeating the Arsino Magia, Yua manages to swoop in and grab his Zetsumerise Key, one of the keys needed for the future Kamen Rider Thouser.
- The ending shows the creation of Shining Hopper Progrise Key for the debut of Zero-One's Shining Hopper form.
- No-Sell: Even when Zero-One used his strongest form, Breaking Mammoth, when fighting Horobi, the latter just nonchalantly shrugged off the damage.
- Wham Line: Gai Amatsu dropped a major bomb to Aruto:Gai Amatsu: I would like you to sell Hiden Intelligence.
- Wham Shot: The scene where Owada is acting to be shot turned out to be one, as Little Assassin actually shot him with a real gun.
