The second part of the crossover between Kamen Rider Saber and Kamen Rider Ghost, following Kamen Rider Saber × Ghost.
Tropes
- Actor Allusion: Kanon Specter is colored pink, an allusion to Sayo Oharu / Kiramei Pink, also played by Mio Kudo.
- Borrowed Catchphrase: Kanon borrows Alain's before she does her Rider Kick.
- Brother–Sister Team: Makoto and Kanon get to fight alongside each other as Kamen Riders in this special.
- Color-Coded for Your Convenience: The Kanon copies wear black, while the original wears white.
- Crossover: The continuation of one between Saber and Ghost.
- Damsel out of Distress: Kanon shows off her newfound powers by transforming into Kamen Rider Kanon Specter.
- Distaff Counterpart: Kanon transforms into Kamen Rider Kanon Specter, essentially a female version of her brother's form.
- Dual Wielding: Rintaro gets to use both Nagare and a borrowed Deep Slasher from Makoto to finish off Muller.
- Mêlée à Trois: The battle starts with both the cultists of Danton, able to become Omega Ganma now, and Desast (who's only in this for shits and giggles) fighting Rintaro/Blades and Kanon for the remaining Kanon clones.
- Power Copying: Blades uses the Wonder Ride Book Specter Gekikou Senki to assume a Specter-themed form.
- The Reveal: The Kanon seen in Saber × Ghost was actually one of her sisters created by Danton.
- The Stinger: An unnamed, hooded figure shown earlier in the episode takes off his hood and laughs menacingly. This turns out to be a Sequel Hook to Kamen Rider Outsiders, which reveals this hooded figure is a Foundation X member.
- Versus Title: Both this and the previous installment use the "X" variant as used by the earlier Kamen Rider Movie Wars.
