Both Takeru and Makoto have taken major steps in their journeys. Makoto now wishes to follow in the footsteps of Ryu Tenkuuji and take on his will alongside Takeru. At Ryu’s grave, Makoto tells Takeru that he’s planning on returning to the Ganma World.

Meanwhile, countless Ganma Eyecons have been spotted. A myriad of Ganma Commandos attack everyone. As this happens, a white Kamen Rider appears and begins to fight Ghost and Spectre!

• Curb-Stomp Cushion: While Necrom clearly has Ghost and Spectre outmatched, the two manage to fight back. Their second fight ends in a tie when they last long enough for him to run out of power.
• Early-Bird Cameo: Igor, a Ganma scientist, appears couple of times with Adel, but doesn't get to say much.
• Oh, Crap!: The Hermit gets couple of these, first when he Yurusen reminds him that Makoto trying to travel into Ganma's World is basically like going to Hell, and second when Necrom makes his appearance.
