Keiwa: In the Desire Grand Prix, players transform into Kamen Riders to fight the unknown Jyamato threat to our world.
Every battle is a struggle for our very survival, as we pin our hopes on winning the game and fulfilling our dream of an ideal world.
With the end of the second round, only five of us remain.
I'm afraid... I might be next.

While Azuma asserts his hostility towards Ace, they are summoned to the next round of the Desire Grand Prix. The new game is a tag-team battle where participants form duos to eliminate Jyamato. The teams among the five participants including Ace will be decided by lottery.

However, a new Kamen Rider, PunkJack, will participate from the management side of the Desire Grand Prix for the one left over who could not form a duo. Just who is PunkJack? And which duo will be the favorite to win?

Tropes

  • Bait-and-Switch: It seemed like Sara realized that Keiwa is hiding something from her for a moment, but then it turns out she think it's another one of his job hunting failures.
  • Discard and Draw: Noting that guns aren't Michinaga's specialty, Keiwa negotiates with Ace on trading Michinaga's Magnum Buckle for his Zombie Buckle. Neon agrees for Ace, but under the condition that Keiwa has to give up the Boost Buckle to him as well.
  • "Eureka!" Moment: Ace figures out the secret to beating the Trump Jyamato after seeing their suit flash after being attacked. Keiwa figures it out likewise, but is unable to tell Michinaga, preventing them from working together effectively.
  • Foreshadowing: In order to build up chemistry with Neon, Ace practices with her and notes her potential as a rhythmic Dance Battler. Five episodes later, Neon gets her matching Rise Buckle, Beat.
  • Friendship Denial: Keiwa states that since he and Michinaga are a team now, it means they are friends. Michinaga doesn't share the sentiment and admonishes Keiwa for throwing away Boost instead.
  • Funny Background Event: When Tsumuri overlooks the teams' arrivals to battle, one of the screens shows that Mary has wrapped Armed Chain Array around PunkJack's arm with Armed Shield and is dragging the struggling NPC rider behind himself.
  • Gemini Destruction Law: In order to score points, teams must defeat a pair of Trump Jyamato of the same suit at the same time, lest they stand back up like nothing happened.
  • Get A Hold Of Yourself Man: Played for Laughs when Sara give Keiwa a light slap on the shoulder and tells him to get it together.
  • Hate at First Sight: According to Ace, Michinaga has hated him from day one.
  • Idiot Ball: Despite the obvious hints that this round is one huge game of Concentration, Azuma's Dumb Muscle tendencies leads him to attacking random Trump Jyamato on a whim, believing they're small fry, only to be utterly baffled at them constantly reviving and not realizing the Gemini Destruction Law requirement present in this round.
  • Jump Scare: PunkJack popping up next to Morio gives the man a good fright.
  • Left the Background Music On: Inverted. Ace puts on a music for a training session with Neon, which then turns into background music for next two scenes where they are not present.
  • Mundane Utility: Morio uses the Armed Chain Array to drag PunkJack towards the Trump Jyamato in one scene.
  • Reviving Enemy: The Trump Jyamato can revive themselves unless a pair of the same suit are simultaneously destroyed.
  • Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: Michinaga's lone wolf tendencies means that he fails to effectively cooperate with Keiwa, even with the latter giving him his favored Zombie Buckle back, causing them to fall behind in the round.
  • Small Role, Big Impact: The two Riders who attacked Toru appear very shortly but they are responsible for Michinaga's hatred for Riders.
  • Terror at Make-Out Point: The Jyamar Area this time has the Trump Jyamato kidnap couples at a famous date spot and take them to their base.
  • Troubled Backstory Flashback: Michinaga has several throughout the episode, revealing that his friend Tohru — who was a past DGP participant — was killed in a fight where Ace/Geats was present.
